What a builder stores
A builder adds their company, crew, jobs, lots, house plans, punch photos, and the subcontractors who work those houses. A subcontractor record can include a company name, a contact name, an email address, and a mobile number.
Shared photo learning
When a superintendent confirms a photo, Punchmaster can use that confirmation to improve suggestions for every builder. Before anything is shared, the photo is stripped of location and camera data and reduced to a small thumbnail that is not shown in the product. Emails, phone numbers, street addresses, lot numbers, and names are removed from any text read off the photo. The shared record is the repair and the trade category, such as drywall or plumbing. It does not include the builder, the subcontractor, the address, the lot, or a person. A builder’s own item names and brands stay in that company. From those items, only the trade category is shared.
The original photo stays in that builder’s account. Another builder never sees it, and never sees another company’s subs or punch lists. Sharing is on unless a company admin turns it off under Account. Turning it off deletes that company’s shared rows and stops new ones.
Text messages
Punchmaster sends punch list notifications to subcontractors and superintendents.
Message frequency varies.
Msg & data rates may apply.
Reply STOP to opt out and HELP for help.
Mobile numbers and opt-in data are not shared or sold to third parties for marketing.
Those texts are job notices: open punch items, the lot and room, and a link the subcontractor can open without an account. They are not marketing blasts. We do not share or sell mobile numbers or opt-in records to third parties for their own marketing.
How a number is opted in
A builder adds a subcontractor and chooses text, or confirms an uploaded sub list that is saved as text. Punchmaster records who did that, when, and how (the sub form or the upload), then sends one confirmation text. That text repeats the program, that message frequency varies, that message and data rates may apply, and that the person can reply STOP or HELP.
How a number is opted out
Reply STOP to opt out. STOPALL, UNSUBSCRIBE, CANCEL, END, and QUIT do the same. Punchmaster sends one confirmation and then stops punch-list texts to that number. Reply START to opt back in. Reply HELP for help, and the reply includes hello@punchmasterpro.com.
