Punchmaster is a product of Calloway Investments Inc., Bakersfield, CA. The app is at punchmasterpro.com. A builder who creates a company agrees to use the service for their own jobs and to add only mobile numbers they have permission to message about that work.

The text program

How opt-in works
- A builder adds a subcontractor and chooses text, or confirms an uploaded list that is saved as text.
- Punchmaster records the consent: the builder’s name, the time, and whether it came from the sub form or the upload.
- The first text is a confirmation. It names the builder, says message frequency varies, says message and data rates may apply, and tells the person to reply STOP to opt out and HELP for help.
STOP, START, and HELP
Reply STOP to opt out. STOPALL, UNSUBSCRIBE, CANCEL, END, QUIT, ALTO, and BAJA are treated the same way. AYUDA counts as HELP. Punchmaster confirms the opt-out once and does not send further punch-list texts to that number. Reply START to opt back in (UNSTOP and YES count too). Reply HELP for help. The help reply includes this address: hello@punchmasterpro.com.
After STOP, a later message that is not START or HELP gets no reply. A builder can choose text again on the sub form. That records a new opt-in and sends a new confirmation.
Shared photo learning
A builder agrees that confirmed punch photos may train the shared model, unless they turn sharing off. Punchmaster removes location data, camera data, names, addresses, and lot numbers first. Other builders receive better item and trade suggestions. They do not receive the photo, the subcontractor, the builder’s name, or another builder’s brands. A private item name stays in that company, and only its trade category can be shared. The original stays in the builder’s account. The switch is on the account page and is on by default.
